Raw space facilities: the organizing committee provides the open space without decoration and structures , all the renovation costs by exhibitors themselves.

Exhibitors Attention:
Exhibitors fill in the application form and email (or fax) to the organizing committee. The booths will be allocated to the qualified exhibitors according to the “Over planning and voluntary” principle,after reviewing, the confirmation will be issued to the exhibitors by the organizing committee. Specially decorated booth should submit the designing plan (including building materials, flat circuit diagram , the effect figure)
△ After received confirmation , the exhibitors should submit the due fees to the designated bank account, since then the confirmation letter takes affect.
△ Forum registration will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment of registration fee.
